HAPPY TO GO AHEAD?

Once we have concluded on your design and received all required information for us to begin, an invoice will be sent out to your email.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% will need to be paid.

Remaining balance to be paid before receiving final product / design.

For Photography or Videography bookings, remaining balance will need to be paid on the day or 24 hours after event date.

TURNAROUND TIME

Designs:

3 - 5 working days from payment confirmation.

This is the experimenting stage, an opportunity to trial run ideas and explore various creative executions. Preliminary sketches, mock up visuals and concept development, it’s an iterative and collaborative approach. Reviews and Amendments at NO extra cost.

Prints:

48 hours hours from confirmation.

Confirmations made on Fridays after 2pm will be processed on Monday.

Clothing Prints:

24 - 48 hours.

5+ items may take longer (3 - 5 days).

We also accept clothing from clients if you'd prefer to supply your own clothing.

Photography:

2 - 4 days from booking date.

Model photography will take 3 - 5 days.

Videography:

Short commercial videos, 4 - 7 days.

Extended videos, 2 weeks.

FINALISE

With unlimited reviews and amendments at no extra charge, We continue working until client satisfaction.

All file formats (JPEG, PNG and PDF) will be emailed. If you may require any other file formats after finalised and emailed, please do not hesitate to send an email specifying your required file format(s).
